In this series, David Archbold documents the production and installation of Alan Phelan’s sculpture ‘RGB Sconce, Hold Your Nose’, which was temporarily installed on the O’Connell Plinth outside City Hall, and explores how the site, Georgian architecture and local histories influenced the final artwork.
